Development and Performance
‍We will perform development-focused assessments in order to provide
objective and practical information about your team to identify problematic
areas that may be reducing your effectiveness and success strategies.
This will include, but not be limited to, identifying proper leadership roles
and matching these roles to the skill level of current staff; working to
develop a succession plan and assistance with identifying candidates;
reviewing organizational structure for effectiveness reducing duplication of
tasks; and providing leadership training.
